Privacy Policy

Here is how Keystone Garage Door Repair handles the details you send us about garage door repair in Kokomo, IN. The arrangement is simple, so this policy is short.

What we collect

If you send a request, we receive the details you enter, normally your name, phone number, ZIP code and a short description of the work.

When you call the number on this site, the call may be recorded in full (audio, not just a note that a call came in) for quality and training purposes, and may be transcribed, you'll hear a notice on the line when that's the case. Recordings are kept for roughly 90 days and are shared with the provider handling your request.

What your details are for

There is a single purpose here: connecting you with a local provider who can help. So we share the details you submit with that provider, and they contact you about your request. Reaching out through this site means asking for exactly that.

Text messages (SMS)

If you give us a phone number, we and/or the provider we connect you with may text you about your request (for example, confirming we got a missed call, or that someone will follow up). Message frequency varies; message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. We don't share your number or SMS opt-in with third parties for their own marketing.

What we never do

• Your information is never sold to data brokers or unrelated third parties.
• This site never asks for financial information: no Social Security numbers, bank details or card numbers.
• You won't get unrelated marketing from us on behalf of other companies.

Site statistics

Privacy-friendly analytics may tell us how many people visit and which pages get read. That is aggregate traffic data, not a profile of any visitor.

Questions or removal

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or ask how it's used, through our contact page; we'll take care of it.
